General Information

The participant acknowledges that he cannot make any claims for damages against the organizer if the holding of the congress is hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economic situations or in general by force majeure, or if program changes are necessary due to the cancellation of speakers, etc. By registering, the participant accepts this reservation.

The following guidelines currently apply to our conference: 

  • Access only with 2G proof (vaccinated or recovered; date of the 2nd vaccination not older than 9 months, exception: booster vaccination; recovered status not older than 3 months) 
  • FFP2 mask is required throughout the building 
  • The mask may be removed to consume food and drinks under the condition that either the minimum distance of 1.5m is maintained or the guest is in fixed place (seated or standing). In this case, no minimum distance has to be observed. 

The conference was classified by the regulatory office as a professional training and further education. This means that masks are compulsory in the rooms, but no minimum distance has to be maintained. Please note that the regulations are constantly being adapted and can therefore change. We'll keep you posted.

The conference office is centrally located in the entrance area of the Würzburg Congress Center.
All places are signposted.

Food and drinks/ coffee breaks

During the breaks, you will be provided with coffee, tea, water and biscuits free of charge. The coffee breaks take place in the foyer of the Franconia Saal and in the industrial exhibition.

Lunch

During the Industrial workshops there will be packed lunches for the participants in the industrial workshops. In addition, a number of smaller and larger restaurants in very beautiful surroundings can be reached within 7 minutes.

Wardrobe

The wardrobe (incl. suitcase storage) is located in the entrance area.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the Würzburg Congress Centrum.

Certification / Certificate of participation / Points certificates

The conference will be certified with the maximum number of points. You will receive your participation certificates and the point certificates after the conference in the pdf-form to the email address with which you registered for the conference.

Information booths

Information booths/ meeting point 

During the entire conference, there will be an information stand near the conference office where you can leave your announcements (job descriptions, announcement of further events, etc.). The information stand in its central location is also a good meeting point.

Set-up / delivery / delivery address / material disposal

Set-up is only possible from Tuesday, March 15, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. and Wednesday, March 16, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Material can only be delivered in the period from Monday, 14.3. until Tuesday, 15.3. (each 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.). Please put the following label on your parcels in font size 24: "GfH conference - name of the organization/publishing company/company - cell phone number and name of contact person".

Disposal: All booths must be cleaned and dismantled by 5:30 p.m. on 18.3 and the waste must be handed over to the appropriate locations. Any material or garbage left at the booth will be disposed against payment.
